About my sessions...

I like call myself a GNM educator (instead of practitioner/coach), because what I do is truly centered on educating you on the meaning of your symptom through the GNM lens (and helping you transition to the GNM paradigm).

I explain the adaptation that is occurring and what the root cause conflict is. I help you identify the conflict and then find the pattern that’s driving the conflict in your life. I provide my perspective/give some ideas on how to move towards resolution (although this greatly varies depending on the underlying conflict and how it remains relevant in your life). It’s important to keep in mind that GNM is not a modality (so it’s not something you “do” to get rid of a symptom), it is a paradigm. A framework for understanding health and the body. Many people find that GNM is a more helpful framework to operate under, and they feel better, more at peace, and better able to access a higher level of personal freedom when they are seeing their symptoms through the lens of GNM. Applying GNM is really all about understanding and using the information that your symptom(s) is providing about which conflicts have yet to be fully resolved in your life.

Before addressing the underlying conflicts, however, I find that it is imperative to focus on the underlying paradigm shift that needs to occur in order for GNM knowledge to be helpful to you. This is why I strongly encourage listening to the following episodes before you have your session with me (I also send these episode links in the confirmation email that gets sent out after you book a session). This ensures that you will get the most value out of our time together!

  1. Ep 5 - What the heck is German New Medicine?

  2. Ep 6 - Intro to the 5 Biological Laws

  3. Ep 2 - Questioning your Health Paradigm (PART 1)

  4. Ep 3 - Questioning your Health Paradigm (PART 2)

I suppose that many would technically consider me a "GNM practitioner," but since GNM is not a modality then I would say that no one can truly “practice” it - as there are no prescriptions, protocols, or checklists of things you need to “do” to heal :) This is why using the term "GNM educator" is just the way that I like to phrase it! More of a nuance. When working with my private clients, I will sometimes recommend different practitioners who are GNM-informed and utilize different modalities as band-aid fixes (depending on the situation), but in my own work I personally like to keep the focus on educating clients on the true underlying root cause and helping them "connect the dots" in their life.

Working with me is not for those who...
  • Want a quick fix

  • Want a personalized protocol or checklist of things "to do"

  • Want to have their feelings validated

  • Want to remain stuck in a victimhood mentality

  • Want me to "fix" them or tell them exactly what to do

  • Expect me to help them resolve their conflict(s)

What I do provide in my sessions:
  • Simple, digestible GNM education

  • Helping you understand the conflict that is at the root of your symptom(s)

  • Helping you construct a timeline, gather data, and see the pattern emerge with your symptoms (useful in finding what the conflict pertains to in your life)

  • Providing an outside, objective perspective that could potentially cultivate an "aha" moment for you and aid in a perception shift

  • Helping you determine whether a practical or perceptual resolution (or a combo) would be most beneficial

  • Sharing some of my favorite tips for facilitating perceptual resolutions

  • Seeing you as totally capable of resolution and cultivating more of what you want in life - I do not view any of my clients as victims

  • Encouraging you to access your greatest level of personal freedom through taking radical responsibility

Some other important notes before you book:
  • I do not offer refunds.

  • I am happy to reschedule your session if I am notified via email at least 24hrs in advance of your scheduled session.

  • I will need to receive your completed intake form at least 48hrs before your session.

  • I only cover one symptom per session. This allows me to provide the highest quality service to my clients and, from my experience with GNM thus far, it is best way to approach learning/applying GNM.

    • The only exception is for a group of symptoms that either (1) always occur together/at the same time or (2) are related to the same underlying conflict (i.e. "digestive issues"). I will also sometimes cover multiple symptoms in a session if you're dealing with some "generic" conflict active or healing phase symptoms, but as a general rule, please stick to one main symptom when filling out your intake form.

I look forward to meeting and supporting you in your GNM journey!
